Contact enquiries: your name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in and your message.
Partnership applications: your company name, website, email address, chosen partnership type and your proposal.
Data requests and complaints: your name, email address, the type of request and the details you provide, plus information needed to confirm your identity.
Technical data: our web server records standard request information, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it
We use contact details and messages to reply to you, prepare quotes and manage the relationship. We use partnership details to assess applications. We use data-request information to carry out your request. We use technical data to keep the site secure and working.
We use your data only for the purpose for which you gave it.
Consent and other permitted uses
Where we rely on your consent, such as for a form submission or marketing messages, you can withdraw it at any time. We also process data where the law permits it, for example to meet legal obligations or to protect against misuse of our site.
Who we share it with

Our website is hosted on servers in India, with backups held in Singapore. Email and other tools we use may process data in other countries. Where data leaves India we take steps to protect it as required by applicable law.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for any period the law requires. Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after a reasonable period.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to give you access to your personal data, correct it, erase it, or explain how it is used. You can also nominate another person to exercise your rights in specific circumstances provided by law.

Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
