In short
We are based in India and work mainly with Indian businesses. This page lists the main frameworks we refer to. It is a reference, not legal advice.
India
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it are the main data protection framework we follow. We also refer to directions from CERT-In (the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team) on cyber-incident handling.
Other regions
If we begin serving customers in the UK, EU or the United States, we will add the relevant notices here. Until then, please contact us if you are outside India and have questions about how your data is handled.
