- Accessibility. We aim to make notices and request routes usable by everyone.
If something goes wrong
- Detect and triage: we receive the report, preserve evidence, confirm scope and assign an owner.
- Contain and assess: we limit harm, work out which systems and data are affected and escalate to the people who must be told.
- Recover and improve: we restore service, share approved updates, record decisions and complete corrective actions.
